These are easy little snacks and they’re so good to dip in milk.
- 1 1/4 Cups salted butter, softened
- 3 1/2 Cups powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Cream butter and powdered sugar until well blended. Then add 1 egg at a time, waiting until each egg is well blended before adding the next. Next add the vanilla extract, followed by the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
Spoon out dollops of chocolate dough onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, pull cookies out of the oven then let cool/finish baking before eating!
